This platform enables users to better map and automate their interactions (whether phone, chat or email) with customers. The „no-code automation concept“ creates the opportunity for non-technical staff to create and automate complex, integrated processes.
Typically, customer service organizations today struggle with legacy / poorly networked systems, making it difficult, for example, to offer email, chat and phone simultaneously. Customer satisfaction and cost per ticket still hold significant potential for improvement in these organizations.
The company is already successfully selling its solution globally and has a strong investor at its side in EnBW New Ventures.
