Our partner is a cybersecurity, „white-hat“ hacking and consulting company based in Berlin, Hong Kong, and Jakarta. They are combining insights from research, industry, and the hacker community. Their consulting work contributes to strategic technology projects at Global Fortune500 companies where it helps in understanding and mitigating IT risks. The research ranges from everyday technology like mobile communication devices, over voice assistants like Amazon Alexa up to corporate IT systems. The goal is to fix issues before businesses and consumers are put at risk.

Their latest product is as all-in-one SaaS vulnerability scanner for mid market and enterprise customers. To generate demand for customers from Germany, Western Europe and Asia we are now looking for a Sales Development Leader to join the Berlin based team.

Your responsibilities

  • Building up a Demand Generation Team of 4 Sales Development Representatives in 2020 (or grow substantially beyond this)
  • Attract, Hire, Develop and Retain high performing Sales Development Representatives
  • Provide strong coaching on how to build rapport over the phone and to deliver high quality qualified opportunities
  • Support your direct reports by participating in prospect qualification and discovery calls/meetings, including shadowing calls to customize coaching to each of the SDRs
  • Provide weekly team performance summary as well as timely and accurate forecast to senior management
  • Manage and report on the team’s Pipeline KPIs

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year experience in leading a demand generation (SDR team) or inside sales team
  • Minimum 2 years experience as an Inside Sales Manager (or Sales Development Representative)
  • Knowledge of the Mid Market Inside Sales model (typically 1-6 months sales cycle, avg. price points 50-250k€ ARR) for a technical SaaS product
  • Experience in developing powerful demand generation scripts
  • Demonstrated ability to forecast leads/opportunities accurately
  • Proficient in use of relevant CRM systems
  • Very good Level in English and German
