Out partner offers a SaaS solution that helps small and medium-sized companies to manage the entire administrative and time-consuming topics around the company car – from tax accounting to booking, leasing contract and repair cost management. In addition, the offering is complemented by a European-wide fuel card solution.

With over 50.000 networked vehicles, out partner now offers the largest networked fleet in Germany. The company has also secured nearly € 20 million from investors until now.

To further push and accomplish new goals we are looking to expand the Sales Operations team with a Senior Sales Operations Manager (m/f/d).

Aufgaben

  • Generate metrics for the EMEA leadership team to report on key business drivers and regional performance
  • Help to reduce friction in the sales process, so salespeople are successful in their day-to-day activities
  • Collaborate with the EMEA sales team to process day-to-day requests, reporting and overall deal support
  • Continuous conceptual and improvement of sales processes
  • Manage and improve the CRM setup for the entire sales organization
  • Provide data driven reports and analysis to support decision-making

Anforderungen

  • At least 2 years experience working in Sales Operations or a similar analytical role
  • Familiarity with SaaS business metrics
  • Ability for streamlining and optimizing the sales process. (Oversee the sales funnel)
  • Team player with positive attitude, feeling comfortable in rapidly changing environments
  • Analytics and Reporting Expertise with great Pipeline Management
  • English fluent, German fluent is a plus
